4.【Wadi】電子商務平台建議支持7個工作日內無條件退換貨。但這也是由商家自行決定;如遇質量問題發生退換貨,郵費由商城供應廠進行承擔。若遇非質量問題,買家退回來的商品郵費以及換貨發出的郵費是由買家自行承擔。 必要的條件下,可以進行折舊處理。

5.客戶確認付款後,商家是不可以直接提現。買家在拍下訂單付款後,買家的錢款會流向商城平台,待買家收到貨後確認商品沒有問題後,買家操作【確認收貨】,錢款才會從商城平台打給商家,商家才可以提現。壹般訂單在商家操作點擊發貨後(系統狀態爲“商家已發貨”),買家有14個工作日時間來確認是否收到貨。商家也會在壹周內收到貨款和利潤。

6.商家可將流動資金轉存余額錢包,依據定期時間而收取日利率。余額裏面資金可支付使用買家訂單貨款,商家最低提現積分爲:滿100美元
